Are you interested in bite-size learning of 2-3 hours duration? Would you like to offer your colleagues, for example, a modularised approach to learning? E&S is proud to announce that we now offer this new and easier way of learning to our clients. Many of our clients cannot afford to sit in a training room for a day and prefer this “slipstream” approach. If you are interested in having E&S totally customise our training to suit your needs then call us on (02) 9267 5220.

Simon Bailey

Simon has spent the past twenty-five years in a range of executive management, advisory, training & facilitation roles in industries as diverse as manufacturing, science & medicine, law, HR & recruitment, local state & federal government, banking & finance, commercialisation, venture capital, transport, agriculture & horticulture, disability, hospitality & catering, IT, retail and franchising. His focus during that time has been on organisational optimization and restructure – getting the best out of people and organisations in a sustainable fashion.

This has sometimes involved returning organisations that have slowed down or collapsed to their former glory and, on other occasions, gaining the full synergies from an acquisition path.  It has included corporatisation of public sector entities, creating hybrid public/private sector collaborations and breaking rigid thinking down to allow for creative strategy (and subsequent implementation) to flow.During that time he has worked with a large range of organisations on business, strategic and scenario planning – with a view to defining paths for them that are not only profitable and sustainable, but also differentiate them in the market.

The focus in these forward planning processes is on designing a future that pushes beyond the boundaries of current experience and delivers implementable strategy that includes both close monitoring of results and contingency paths.
