For Karen Conaghan, coaching and facilitating is about personal performance: it’s about empowering individuals to identify and realise their goals through motivational change. Karen is passionate about using her coaching skills to enable individuals, teams and organisations to achieve success, fulfilment and balance. She has experience with senior partners and their teams of professional service firms – legal and accounting.

Focusing on solution and outcomes, her strong psychological background gives her a powerful understanding of personal motivation and team dynamics.

She has worked with senior partners of legal & accounting firms in developing their “soft skills” to deliver performance & accountability in the workplace. Karen has proven ability to easily connect, establish trust and be insightful and accurate.

Her coaching and consulting approach is non-threatening, yet direct, consistent and accountable.Her approach is to quickly get to ‘the heart of the matter’ and offer constructive feedback in assisting people & teams to achieve personal & professional success & balance in the workplace.

She provides dynamic interactive training and ‘fearless facilitation’ for individuals and teams wanting to significantly increase their levels of positive impact in the workplace.

As a mentor, Karen has mentored more than 15 professional coaches and led a coaching community of 80 trained coaches. Her background in corporate training and development, counselling, group facilitation and individual and team coaching provides a strong platform for developing individual and group performance.

She has worked across a wide variety of industries involving sales, marketing, banking and finance, information technology, transport and manufacturing.
