Grant Davies

Grant Davies has been working in the entertainment industry for the past ten years. A multi talented performer Grant's background is as a dancer, singer, Actor and M.C and in early 1997 made a natural progression into the world of comedy. Bursting on to the Theatresports scene and being recognised as one of the hottest new improvisers, Grant won the 1997 “rookie of the year” award and in 1998 was invited to Host Theatresports’ “Night of Nights” Cranston Cup Grand Final at the Enmore Theatre with a capacity crowd of 1500 people.

Grant is in demand throughout Australia and Europe constantly performing and writing comedy for TV, corporate clients and in theatre. His client list reads like the who’s who of corporate Australia. Some recent clients include AMP, ABC TV, Johnson & Johnson, Apple Computer, Zurich Australia and Pfizer.

Grant is Artistic Director of Explosive Minds! A corporate improvising comedy trio, and is the creator of a new television comedy pilot.  His “off beat” on stage performance is “HI ENERGY” as he takes his audience on a journey and delivers them back unharmed but indeed a little more twisted.
